What
You Pay
Some fish and meat
prices are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuation, therefore
some fish and meat products may change slightly from the published
prices. Your attention is alerted at the point of making your selection.
All of our prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Charges
Deliveries are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday (no deliveries on
Mondays) and cost £5.75. Unfortunately courier companies do not deliver as standard
on Saturdays. We can deliver to most of mainland UK excluding Grampian and parts
of Highland Scotland.
Out
of Stock Items
Occasionally items are unavailable. We will usually contact you
by phone, but if we can't reach you we will make a substitution
of equivalent or greater value and as close to what you have ordered
as possible. In the event that you have ordered a specialist item
which is not in stock, we will contact you to suggest a replacement.
If we are not able to contact you we will leave this item out of
your delivery and you will only be charged accordingly. Your card
will only be debited for the goods that are dispatched to you. You
are not obliged to accept replacements, should you decide you do
not want a replacement please dispose of it and let us know. You
will not be charged for rejected replacements.
Pack
sizes
Please note that pack sizes for all of our fresh produce are approximate
to within 10%. You will receive your itemised invoice and statement
of your credit card with you order.
Credit
Card Security
We use HSBC merchant banking services. The security of your credit
card details are very important to us and we have selected HSBC
as a UK high street name that can assure us that your details are
protected at all times. All credit card numbers are entered and
held on a secure server. Credit card details are never sent by email.
Your
Right to Cancel Your Order
For non-perishable goods we are please to provide you with a 7 working-day
cancellation period (this is from the day following receipt of your
order). If you decide you no longer wish to purchase the goods they
can be returned, unopened, to Seriously Good. We can arrange for
our courier company to collect from you and this charge is made
at cost (usually £8). Your credit card will be refunded within
30 days. This cancellation period does not apply to our perishable
goods.
Non-Payment
Charges
Credit or debit cards that cannot be authorised (and any other forms
of payment that are not honoured) will incur extra charges. Interest
will be charged on all overdue invoices at the maximum prevailing
rate.
Complaints
We do monitor your feedback and trust that you will always receive
excellent service from us and our distribution company. However,
in the event that you have a complaint about either your order or
our service please get in touch with Angie on 0870 241 7027 or via
the online enquiry form and we will respond to you within 48 hours (we aim to offer you
the best possible customer service and our intention is always to
respond immediately to any complaints). We do have a customer complaints
procedure and this can be emailed to you at your request. In the
event that you do alert our attention to a problem, your complaint
will be dealt with quickly and taken seriously and the problem and
outcome recorded. We know that mistakes can be made, we aim to limit
the amount of mistakes made and to learn from them. Your statutory
consumer rights are not affected.
PRIVACY
Your
Privacy, Our Policy
Your details are only held by Seriously Good Ltd. We do not disclose,
pass on or sell your information to anybody, ever! You have the
option to join our mailing list, but we do not store your details
for contact purposes unless you have given us permission to do so
and we do not send unsolicited information to customers. All information
is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998.
Cookies
We do use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping
cart once you have selected an item. You can disable cookies, please
refer to your operating system. However please be aware that our
site uses cookies in the context of carrying data from one page
to another. This is particularly essential in locking your selection
to your basket and without using cookies the shopping basket will
not work. You will be able to view products but not put any products
into the shopping basket on a reliable basis. You can always telephone
your order through instead.
