Yarg Cheese Farm at Lynher Dairies lies in the lush pastures
of the beautiful Lynher Valley below the rocky outcrops of
Bodmin moor. Made here since 1983, Yarg has quickly become
a national favourite.

award-winning herd of pedigree Holstein cows provides the
high quality milk needed to produce this famous hand-made
cheese with its distinctive nettle leaf coating, crumbly yet
creamy texture and deliciously subtle mild taste.
