Award winning Helsett Farm is a family run business with a
real enjoyment of good quality food. Their aim is to produce
high quality traditional dairy products, using only the finest
natural ingredients.
This year they were runners up in the Waitrose Small
Producers Awards with their Blackcurrant Smoothies. They use
their own Organic milk and clotted cream with eggs from single
organic suppliers and they buy fresh British fruits; these and
other added ingredients are prepared in the dairy, so the
strawberry really does taste of strawberries!
Their range of dairy products made with our own Organic
milk includes Live, Fruit and Greek Style Yoghurts, Low Fat
Yoghurt Smoothies, Crème Fraiche and Soured Cream. We are
also developing Mascarpone and Fromage Blanc. In the pipe line
are Whole Pasteurised Ayrshire Milk and French style Butter,
these should be available this year.
