Deli Farm Charcuterie is a rapidly expanding new venture close
to the rugged North Cornish Coastline making traditionally air
dried Salami and Ham.
Their products are carefully hand crafted combining
traditional methods with modern technology to create perfect
climatic conditions for drying and maturing. All their meats
are sourced from selected Cornish producers; this is mixed
with freshly ground herbs and spices to produce a variety of
flavours and textures and stuffed in natural casings.
Traditionally air dried products have a long shelf life; and
like a good wine the flavour improves with time!
