Made on Bone Farm by 27 year old Hugh Eddy, using milk from
his own flock of Friesland milking ewes; Davas is a live
yogurt made with nothing but ewes' milk and yogurt culture.
The natural environment and the sea air in West
Cornwall contribute to make a unique yogurt that is smooth,
mild and creamy. Lower in saturated fats and cholesterol than
cows' milk and with naturally homogenised fat, it's easier to
digest than cows' milk and therefore suitable for those with
intolerances.
