Cornwall's
first organic dairy farm, processor of its own milk and one
of Rick Stein's `Super Heroes' is a pretty good introduction
we think. Nick and Barbara Michell farm 80 acres at Tregony,
known as the Gateway to the Roseland Peninsula and have been
living here since 1994. Relying solely on their jersey cows
as the farm's only source of income, they started making
butter and cream in 1999 when farm incomes continued to
plummet to critical levels. They have been fully organic
since 2003 and now supply butter, cream and milk of
outstanding quality and taste.
