Delivery
Date
Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday.
In general, fresh foods are to be ordered by Monday for delivery on
Friday, but some other items can be delivered
earlier than the default delivery date shown below so if you would
prefer a different date please alter it as appropriate.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO MEET AN EARLIER DATE than the default date
given, and will endeavour to
inform you as quickly as possible if this is the case. Please ensure that you supply full contact details so
that we can do this.
If your order is conditional on us meeting an requested earlier
date, please state this in the delivery instructions as we may be
able to offer substitute products if necessary.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm. Although we cannot
predict in advance what time the courier will arrive, if you phone
us on the delivery date we can normally provide an estimate of
delivery time.
Delivery Charges
We charge £5.75 postage and packaging for all deliveries. Special
delivery can be arranged before noon for a premium of £5 - please
phone us to arrange this.
Areas covered
We can deliver to all of mainland UK apart from the Highlands of
Scotland. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight cost an additional £6. If
the destination postcode begins with AB, FK, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH or
ZE we may have to charge a premium. If in doubt please phone 0870

Delivering Your Order
Our produce is packed in high specification, insulated boxes with
ice packs where appropriate. We also include a thermometer with
chilled food so you can check the temperature of your order at the
point of delivery. You are not obliged to accept your order if it is
higher than +8 degrees centigrade.
If your order is not at the correct temperature, please get in touch
with us immediately on 0870 2417027.
I Might Not Be In When You Deliver
If you are not going to be in when your delivery arrives please do
ensure you've made arrangements and notified us accordingly (when
you place your order you can give us instructions). Your order is
packaged to protect the temperature of the food, but is only
guaranteed by us for 24 hours from the time of dispatch. When you
place your order you will be asked what we should do in the event
that you are not at home or work when we call. Please be as detailed
as possible to help us to ensure you receive your order in excellent
condition. Receptionists and porters can sign for your order AS LONG
AS YOU HAVE INSTRUCTED us accordingly. Ideally a named person should
take care of your valuable order for you if you are out when we
call, but we can also leave your order in a secure place of your
choice. However, we cannot take responsibility for your order once
it has been delivered, so please make sure it's a spot nicely tucked
away from view!
Non-Delivery of an Order
If a delivery has not been received the next day after despatch,
customers should notify Seriously Good as soon as possible,
otherwise any subsequent claim for non-delivery may not be
considered.
